Choosing a MLM is a Business Decision

Great, you have made the decision to start a business from home.

Many people are drawn to the network marketing industry to take advantage of a turn key business venture.  A much faster start to making money than if a person starts a home based business from scratch on their own.  They avoid finding reliable product suppliers, or deciding on a service to offer.  Setting up business accounts, being able to collect and remit taxes can be completely avoided, the company does that for you.  In most cases you don't have to stock any products.  It allows a person to get down to the business of promoting the business right away.

Now the question is how do you choose a mlm that is right for YOU.  That is not as easy as falling in love with a product and thats it.  In order for you to have success should have a few standards to measure a company to.  Consider it a job interview.  But you are the one doing the interview.  Why should the company be lucky enough to have YOU market them and their products?

I would recommend that you use the 5 Pillars standard to compare companies to in order to see if they are set up for your success as well as their own.  My good friend and mentor, Michael Dlouhy describes the 5 Pillars in the video.

If your not sure how to spot a 5 Pillars company once you've watched the movie, I would be happy to help you out with that.  I will help you learn how to spot 5 Pillar companies and how to avoid pyramid schemes, illegal gifting programs and companies that are not set up for their members benefit but for the companies.

When you're in  business for yourself, it is important to learn how to think, not what to think.  Once you learn this skill, you have it for a life time.

This is an excellent topic. I noticed a lot of people approach their home based business more like a hobby and not from a business stand point.
    Great information
